SIGNALPOINTLegal

Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-17. These terms govern the Signalpoint service operated by DRM3 Labs Corp, a Delaware corporation ("DRM3 Labs").

1. The service

Signalpoint is a platform on which a desk runs: a private search, watchlists, alerts and digests over the data its operator supplies. An operator is the partner or the customer who runs a desk and decides what it serves. A reader holds a DRM3 account and a seat on a desk. Your DRM3 account is your own base account; it is not a plan, and it may hold other DRM3 apps.

2. A signed partner agreement comes first

Where a signed partner agreement between DRM3 Labs and a partner covers a desk, that agreement governs the partner. These terms govern readers and customers on the platform and their DRM3 accounts. They never amend a partner agreement. Where a partner publishes terms of its own for a desk, you accept those in the same sign-up, beneath these. These terms govern the platform and your account; the partner's terms govern your relationship with the partner.

3. The plan is the entitlement

A desk runs on the plan its operator bought. The paid plan is the entitlement. No side letter, verbal promise or partner term adds a capability the plan does not carry. A plan's price, caps, seats and credit allowance stay as sold for its paid term.

4. The signals are AI-derived

Signals are derived by AI from the operator's data, and every signal is disclosed as AI-derived. Each signal shows the source record it stands on. We do not guarantee that any statement is accurate or complete. A correction and redaction record is kept, and its reasons are public and permanent.

5. AI answers are yours, and your responsibility

An answer, brief or summary you ask a desk for belongs to you, subject to the rights of the desk's operator and its partner in the data it was drawn from. DRM3 Labs claims no right in it and does not use it to train anything. A model DRM3 Labs selects produces it, and that model may change. No answer is verified truth. You are responsible for how you use it. Each call is metered in credits, and the charge is shown with the answer.

6. What a signature or a receipt means

A signature or a receipt on a record shows who produced it and that it has not been altered since. It never shows that the record is true. No record, signal, ranking or output on the platform is verified truth. Read the source record before you act on a signal.

7. What an operator may say about the platform

An operator will not claim, about the platform or a desk, that a record is "verified truth", "trustless" or "admissible", that a record cannot be changed, that it sits on a distributed ledger, or that a reader need not trust the source because a record is signed. An operator will not claim that the platform complies with a law or that a legal doctrine protects it. A statement about the record describes attribution, permanence, tamper-evidence and the reader's ability to check a signature.

8. Your account stays yours

When a desk, a plan or your seat ends, your DRM3 account, the credits you bought and any other DRM3 app on it stay yours, untouched. There is no lock-in and no exit fee.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to serve unlawful content, to strip the AI-derived disclosure or the source attribution the platform attaches, to impersonate a real person or organization, to reach data a seat does not grant you, or to break the law of a place you serve into. We may suspend a desk or a seat that does.

10. Where the service is available

The service is not offered to users in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria, and requests from those places are refused at the edge. This is a jurisdictional restriction, not a statement about any user.

11. Payment and credits

Paid features draw on account credits. Credits are a multi-purpose voucher for the services DRM3 offers, are priced in the currency shown at purchase, and are consumed as you use metered features. Credits belong to the account that bought them and survive the end of any plan. Unused credits are not refunded.

12. No warranty, and limits

The service is provided as described in the plan, without other warranty of any kind. DRM3 Labs does not warrant that a desk will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any record, signal, ranking or output is accurate, complete or true. To the extent the law allows, DRM3 Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. DRM3 Labs Corp is a Delaware corporation operating in Florida. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes, and contact

We may update these terms as the service grows; the current version and date are shown above. Questions go to support@drm3.io.
