Version 2026-10-17. You accept this once, per desk, before readers read it.
You run a desk on Signalpoint. An operator is the partner, or the customer, who runs a desk: its brand, its seats, its data and what it serves. This agreement sets out what that means for you and for us, and it is the ONE thing you sign. Signing it also accepts the Terms of Service and the Data License, and grants you the Content License. Each is recorded with the exact text you accepted. The Privacy Policy tells you what we do with your data; it is a notice, not a contract, so there is nothing to sign there. Where a signed partner agreement covers your desk, that agreement governs the partner; this agreement governs the desk on the platform and never amends it.
You decide what runs on your desk and who holds a seat on it. You review what reaches your readers. When you release a desk's signals anywhere else, you are responsible for that content. DRM3 Labs provides the platform and the license; it is not the operator of your desk.
You have the right to deliver the data you deliver. Its collection and its supply to DRM3 comply with law. A desk is built on your data, and you answer for where it came from and for any term its supplier set. The Data License says what DRM3 may do with it and what it never does.
A signature or a receipt shows who produced a record and that it has not been altered since. It never shows that the record is true. You will not claim, about the platform or your desk, that a record is "verified truth", "trustless" or "admissible", that a record cannot be changed, that it sits on a distributed ledger, or that a reader need not trust the source because a record is signed. You will not claim that the platform complies with a law or that a legal doctrine protects it. When you describe the record, describe attribution, permanence, tamper-evidence and the reader's ability to check a signature.
You may publish terms of your own for your readers. Send us the URL and a version number, and we add them to your desk's sign-up beneath the Terms of Service, and record the version each reader accepted. Your terms comply with law. They never promise a reader anything the platform does not do, never narrow what the Terms of Service require of a reader, never grant a right in the platform, and never move a dataset out of private. Give us ten days' notice of a change, and correct a term we identify as breaking this section.
On accepting this agreement you receive the Content License, which grants you the right to own, redistribute, and modify the Content your desk produces, on your own channels.
You are responsible for the data you deliver, for the content you release, for your own terms and for your further use of it. To the extent the law allows, you will cover DRM3 Labs against a claim that arises from data you delivered, from content you chose to publish, from a promise you made to a reader, or from changes you made to content after it left the platform. DRM3 Labs' responsibility to you is set by the Terms of Service.
You may stop using a desk at any time, and you may delete it and its data. Export stays open throughout. Your data is deleted within thirty days and the deletion is certified in writing, as the Data License says. The Content License you already received survives, so the work you have published stays yours. Your readers' DRM3 accounts, and the credits they bought, stay theirs.
