Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-17. How DRM3 Labs Corp, a Delaware corporation, handles data on Signalpoint. This is a notice. Nothing here is signed.
Two roles
DRM3 Labs is the controller of account, billing and credit data: your DRM3 account, your sign-in, the
record of what you accepted, your plan and credit purchases and your receipts. For the data a desk is built
on, and for what a desk's readers enter on it, DRM3 Labs is the processor. It acts on the operator's
documented instructions, and the operator is the controller, or the processor for its own customer.
What we hold as controller
- Your account. Sign-in is handled by the DRM3 account. We hold the email tied to your account
and the desks and roles you hold.
- Use of the service. We keep operational logs, and a best-effort record of the IP address used
when you accept an agreement, so an acceptance can be shown to have happened.
- Billing and credits. Your purchases and receipts. Card details are held by the payment processor,
never by us.
What we process for a desk
- The desk's data. It is served on that desk, to the people its operator invited. It never enters
DRM3's search, another desk, a DRM3 publication, a data pack or a shared set. It is never used to train a
model and never sold.
- What you enter on a desk. Watchlists, alerts, digest settings, the questions you ask and their
answers. These belong to the desk's customer. The operator can see and export them.
- A digest you subscribe to. The address you give is held by the desk's operator and by DRM3 Labs,
which runs the platform. Every list is confirmed opt-in and you can unsubscribe from any digest at any time.
We record where a signup came from, the referring site or a campaign tag on the link, so the operator can see
how their readers found them. We never record which signals you read.
If a security incident touches a desk's data, we tell the operator within 72 hours of confirming it: what
happened, what was touched and what we are doing.
Cookies and analytics
We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Analytics run only after you accept them, and we do
not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or erase personal data. For your account, write to
support@drm3.io. For data a desk holds about you, ask that desk's operator; we
assist the operator with the request.
Where the service is available
The service is not offered to users in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria.
